WHAT IS NI-RESIST CASTINGS?

Ni-Resist castings are high-nickel alloyed cast irons, often with chromium and copper, designed for excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater and alkaline environments. They exhibit high heat resistance, good ductility, and can be non-magnetic, with a moderate hardness of 131-183 Brinell.

APPLICATIONS FOR NI-RESIST CASTINGS

Due to their corrosion and heat resistance, Ni-Resist castings are widely used in marine and chemical industries, including pump valves, cylinder liners, exhaust manifolds, and turbocharger components. Their low thermal expansion also makes them suitable for precision parts in high-temperature environments.
