YOUNGSTOWN, OH — February 4, 2026 — Trumbull Foundry & Alloy, a leading provider of high performance custom iron castings, is proud to announce the appointment of Adam Danch as Vice President of Sales.
With more than 15 years of experience working within foundries and the broader manufacturing sector, Danch brings deep expertise in both ferrous and non ferrous casting environments. He has spent his career inside operations that demand precision, accountability, and disciplined execution.
In this executive role, Danch will spearhead Trumbull’s commercial strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and the cultivation of long term OEM partnerships.
Throughout his career at multiple foundries, Danch has built a reputation for aligning customer requirements with operational performance. His experience spans casting process development, program management, and strategic sales leadership, giving him a full spectrum understanding of what drives profitable, long life casting programs.

A graduate of Penn State Behrend, Danch also holds a Master’s in Manufacturing Management (MMM). His career has been defined by a focus on "long-life" programs; those built on a foundation of consistent execution and strategic alignment. At Trumbull Foundry, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities while reinforcing the company’s position as a premier turnkey solution provider for industry. Outside of his professional life, Danch resides in Erie, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Molly, and their two children, Dylan and Maggie. He remains an active member of the Erie community.
